Groups & Future Reservations
For groups of 7 or more please contact the restaurant directly on 0478 522996. A deposit may be required to hold your booking.
For large group reservations (7 or more guests) a 10% service-charge may apply.
If your desired reservation is outside our online availability Window, please email or call us.
All reservations have a maximum 2 hour sitting-window from the allocated starting time of the booking, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
As we offer multiple sittings, we may require your table for another party in a later sitting. If you arrive late, we may not be able to give you additional time. If you arrive earlier than your booking time, we may need to offer you a seat at the bar until your table is ready.
Bookings & Payment
For bookings, we require a credit card pre-authorisation.
Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking however, if you cancel, or reduce the size of the party, less than 24 hours before your confirmed booking or you don't show up, a cancellation fee of $50 per person may be taken as specified if we cannot re-sit the table/space.
This fee is to help cover the cost of staff who may have been rostered and who must be paid and for the food that has been sourced and prepared for you and your companions.
Cancellations can not be made online or by sms. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please call us on 0478 522996.
Payment is by credit card only, unless by prior arrangement. We do not add a surcharge for credit cards.
Due to the small size of our kitchen team and our unique limited menu format, we will not be able to make adjustments for dairy-free, vegan or low Fodmap requirements. Adjustments for Vegetarian meals will only be made by prior arrangement.
Please check our current menu, and advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of making your booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we can try our best to accommodate you.
We are not able to make adjustments on the spot. If we do not receive this prior notice we may not be able to make modifications to the menu (Modifications can not be made Special Event menus.).
We are a very small venue with limited tables. If one or more of your party has a specific seating need, please let us know when making the booking and we will try our best to accommodate this, where possible.
If you are running more than 15-minutes late please call us as we may have another party booked for that table in a later sitting, otherwise the sitting-window time on the reservation will apply and you may not be able to enjoy the full experience.
We don't offer formal Gift Vouchers but would be glad to take a booking for the lucky people and accept a pre-payment over the phone, once the booking has been made.
Another alternative is that we accept the white Good Food Gift Card which is available from many Supermarkets or online. Their site says that they can email a Digital version of the card to the recipient with a personalised message on a nominated day.
